Please read Ecclesiastes In the first part of chapter 3, Solomon has drawn a major conclusion from his quest for reality. He has been on a search for meaning and purpose in life. Now, in the second part of chapter 3, he is going to be very direct regarding what that reality is. In the verses before us, Solomon asserts that the basis of reality is the sovereignty of God. What is meant by that term, the sovereignty of God? I have seen no better definition than that
